Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using the strategicdecision.ai platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Strategic Decision is a SaaS strategic intelligence platform that uses advanced AI models to generate strategic reports from information and documents provided by the user. The Service includes report generation, conversational refinement with the Aris assistant, document export and project management.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and all activity conducted from your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• An account is for personal or business use in accordance with the subscribed plan; it may not be transferred to third parties.

4. Plans and Payment

• Subscription plans (Basic, Plus, Premium, Enterprise) are billed monthly in advance.
• Prices may be modified with 30 days' prior email notice.
• No refunds are issued for partial periods, except where required by law.
• Non-payment may result in account suspension or cancellation.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to:

• Engage in illegal activities or infringe the rights of third parties.
• Distribute false, misleading, offensive or hate-inciting content.
• Attempt to access other users' data or unauthorised systems.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or extract the source code.
• Perform automated scraping or overload the service with excessive requests.

6. Intellectual Property

Our content: The platform, its design, algorithms and brand are the property of Strategic Decision AI S.L. and are protected by intellectual property law.

Your content: You retain all rights over the documents and information you provide. The generated reports are your property. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that information solely to provide the Service.

7. Accuracy of Reports

Reports generated by the Service are the output of AI models and are provided for informational and decision-support purposes. They do not constitute legal, financial, tax or investment advice. You are responsible for validating the information and for any decisions made on the basis of the reports.

8. Availability and SLA

We strive to keep the Service available 24/7 but do not guarantee a specific uptime for Basic, Plus and Premium plans. Enterprise plans with an agreed SLA are an exception. We may carry out planned maintenance with advance notice where possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Strategic Decision AI S.L. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service. Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the 3 months preceding the incident.

10. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Access to the Service will continue until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts that breach these Terms, with prior notice except in cases of serious infringement.

11. Modifications

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 15 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the changes come into force constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Barcelona, unless applicable consumer law provides for a different jurisdiction.
