Partner Programme Terms

1. How the programme works
The Strategic Decision Partner Programme allows anyone to generate a unique referral link and share it with professionals in their network. When someone registers and subscribes to a paid plan through that link, the partner earns a 20% commission on the referred client's monthly fee, for as long as that client maintains an active subscription.
2. Key requirement: invoicing capability
To receive commissions as cash payments, the partner must be a registered self-employed person or business professional with the legal capacity to issue invoices in their country of residence.
If you meet this requirement, commissions will be paid monthly upon receipt of your invoice to Strategic Decision, once a minimum accumulated threshold of €20 has been reached.
3. Can't invoice? Discount on your subscription
If you are an employee, a private individual without a registered business activity, or anyone without the legal capacity to issue an invoice, you cannot receive commissions as cash. In that case, any commissions you generate are automatically applied as a discount on your own monthly Strategic Decision subscription, under the following conditions:
- — Maximum: 100% of your monthly fee. The discount never exceeds your subscription amount. You never pay more than your plan costs and never receive cash.
- — Non-cumulative between months. Any discount not applied in the current month does not carry over to the next. Unused amounts are forfeited at the end of each billing period.
- — Practical example: If your plan is €99/month and you have generated €150 in commissions that month, a €99 discount is applied (bringing your fee to €0). The remaining €51 is not carried over or paid out — it is cancelled at the close of the billing period.
4. Fair use policy
- — Self-referrals are not permitted. You may not refer yourself or any accounts you directly or indirectly control.
- — Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or deceptive promotion of your referral link is prohibited.
- — Strategic Decision reserves the right to terminate participation in the programme for any fraudulent or abusive conduct, without prior notice and without obligation to pay any outstanding commissions.
5. Programme changes
Strategic Decision may modify the programme terms at any time (commission rate, thresholds, payment timelines, etc.) with at least 30 days' notice to active partners. Continued participation after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
